Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the event within a 5-day time frame of the scheduled booking date, Next Level Catering LLC is entitled to withhold the security deposit to compensate for lost time, product, and labor cost. Refunds are authorized for cancellations 6-days prior to the scheduled booking date.
